Bulk ZIP code lookup

Your list stays in your browser. This page downloads the lookup table and does the matching locally. The ZIP codes you paste are never sent to this site or anywhere else — you can watch the network tab and confirm it.

What gets appended

City, state, county FIPS code, IANA time zone, latitude and longitude, metro area (CBSA) code, and population where the Census publishes one. A blank means the source did not publish that value for that ZIP code — it never means zero.

Limits

Free for up to 500 rows at a time. Above that, download the free ZIP code database (every ZIP code with city, county, FIPS, coordinates, population and area codes, as CSV, JSON or SQLite) and join it in a spreadsheet or SQL yourself, or use the API's bulk endpoint (1,000 ZIP codes per request).
