Lets you embed the data in a product you ship to your own customers, including an app, an API of your own, or a report you sell.

Most ZIP code vendors forbid this at any price, which makes their data unusable inside a product. We sell it deliberately, once, at a flat price. Note that the upstream GeoNames (CC BY 4.0) and time zone (ODbL) attributions still travel with the data — see the licence page.

Stated here rather than discovered after purchase. In release 2026-10-12:

  • cbsa_code — 31,566 of 41,711 ZIP codes. A ZIP outside any metro or micro area has none, which is normal.
  • county_fips — 41,171 of 41,711 ZIP codes. Military and some territory ZIPs have no county.
  • employees — 34,944 of 41,711 ZIP codes. CBP withholds employment where it would disclose a single firm.
  • establishments — 34,953 of 41,711 ZIP codes. CBP withholds ZIPs with too few establishments to publish.
  • irs_returns — 27,588 of 41,711 ZIP codes. IRS publishes ZIPs with at least 100 returns.
  • median_home_value — 30,260 of 41,711 ZIP codes. Census suppresses unreliable estimates.
  • median_household_income — 30,547 of 41,711 ZIP codes. Census suppresses unreliable estimates; PO box and unique ZIPs have none.
  • median_rent — 25,751 of 41,711 ZIP codes. Census suppresses unreliable estimates.
  • population — 33,772 of 41,711 ZIP codes. Only ZIPs with a ZCTA are tabulated by the census.
